FAQ
Yes — we accept international payments. Depending on the buyer’s country, you can either pay by QR (via supported cross-border QR apps) or by Wise (formerly TransferWise).
If you’re in Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand, you may be able to pay by scanning our store’s QR code with a supported local app (QRIS / cross-border QR) or by using Wise.
Use QR if your local banking/payment app shows support for QRIS / SGQR / DuitNow / PromptPay interoperability; otherwise choose Wise for a fast cross-border transfer.
(Tip: many major banks/apps in those three countries already support QR cross-border payments with Indonesia.)
For countries outside the three listed above, we recommend Wise.
Wise supports receiving international payments in many currencies and is widely used by businesses for low-cost cross-border transfers.
You can pay via a Wise payment link or a Wise Business account if provided at checkout.
If your payment app supports cross-border QR (e.g., NETS/SGQR, DuitNow, PromptPay linked to QRIS), open your payment app, scan the merchant QR, enter the amount (you’ll usually see the local currency and/or converted amount), confirm, and complete the transaction.
Your bank/app will show the final amount and any conversion/fees. If you’re unsure whether your app supports cross-border QR, check with your bank or use Wise instead.
Yes. QR cross-border payments and Wise transfers may involve currency conversion and/or small fees.
QR cross-border transactions are typically settled in local currencies with conversion applied by the payer’s bank/app; Wise offers mid-market exchange rates plus a transparent fee shown before you confirm.
We recommend checking the final fee/FX rate in your app before confirming any payment.
Wise is a regulated fintech company used globally for business and personal transfers.
Payment time depends on the method (instant card payments, local bank transfer to Wise, or Wise balance) but Wise always shows an estimated arrival time and the exact fee before you confirm.
If you choose Wise and need help, contact our support with the Wise transaction reference.
Common reasons: your payment app doesn’t support cross-border QR for that country, insufficient funds, or your bank has cross-border QR turned off.
Try these steps: 1) check your app/bank supports QRIS or the local QR scheme; 2) ensure international/cross-border payments are enabled; 3) retry or switch to Wise; 4) if still failing, send a screenshot and transaction attempt time to our support team and we’ll assist.
